Shasta Yoga Center Retreats Disclaimer: We provide a nurturing and safe environment and all care and responsibility is taken throughout the retreat to each participant but, participants are asked to take personal responsibility for their own self-care and (in the unlikely case) for any injuries incurred during retreat. Modifications are given to students with specific needs. When provided, medical history forms are to be completed before retreat and if you are unsure of your ability due to previous injuries please see your healthcare practitioner beforehand.
